Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return packing slip inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
